BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS |

FOUNDATION
- Foundation of reinforced concrete according to designs and in fulfilment of current regulations.
STRUCTURE
- The structure will be laid with flat slabs of reinforced concrete.
BRICKWORK
- Building enclosure constructed of flat bricks in cavity walls, with interior insulation, separation of homes in ceramic bricks of 32x19, 5x23, 5, non-cracking exterior plaster.
WALL-TILING
- In bathrooms and kitchens the tiling will be in top quality tiles up to the ceiling. There will be a choice among three different models according to building schedule.
FLOOR-TILING
- The flooring of the home will be in top quality stoneware tiles, with skirting boards of the same material. There will be a choice among three different models according to building schedule.
- In the exterior, non-slip stoneware tiles will be used on the terraces and steps.
INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR CARPENTRY
- Reinforced door in wood colour.
- Aluminium double-glazed windows of the type “Climalite”.
- Majorcan style outer shutters according to designs.
- Pinewood access doors with oak-coloured coating, and flashing of 9 cm.
- Built-in wardrobes: sliding door with smooth wood veneer. The interior finished in wood. Interior fittings with luggage loft, bars and drawers.
PAINTING
- Interior vertical facings in fine, plastic stipple, glossy, with three colour ranges to choose from.
- Ceilings painted in smooth distemper.
- Facades in non-cracking, photo-reticulating (light-protected), acrylic-based paint. Colours according to designs.
ELECTRICITY
- Installation of two phone jacks: one in the living room, one in the main bedroom.
- High-grade electrical installation.
- With Simón mechanism, or similar brand, following current regulations.
- Installation of fitted halogen lights in the living room and bedroom.
- Installation of two TV jacks: one in the living room, one in the main bedroom.
- Outdoor socket on the terrace.
- Parabolic aerial with 5 channels of open broadcast. Ground antenna. Parabolic aerial for digital set-up.
PLUMBING AND TAPS
- Piping in multi-layered, reticulated polythene with aluminium polymer pipes.
- Electric boiler of 50 litres in 2-bedroom homes, 75 litres in 3-bedroom homes.
- Bathroom fittings by “Valadares” or similar brand, in white.
- Designer taps in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Water tap on the main terrace or in the garden.
AIR-CONDITIONING
- Two-way, heating/cooling air-conditioning system, by way of an exterior condenser unit, inverter system with a capacity of 5.100.
KITCHEN FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES
- Completely furnished kitchen with granite countertop, acrylic sink, and appliances (washing machine, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, decorative extractor fan, microwave built into the cupboards, fridge/freezer).
FURNITURE
- Completely furnished home. Beds, mattresses, pillows and duvets.
- Curtains in the living room and bedrooms.
