BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS |

FOUNDATION
- Reinforced concrete foundations in accordance with the project and in compliance with current regulations.
STRUCTURE
- The structure will be executed with forging in reinforced concrete in accordance with the project and in compliance with current regulations.
BRICKWORK
- External enclosure formed by flan-face brick fabric with air chamber and inner insulation (capuchin), separation of dwellings in ceramic brick measuring 32 x 19,5 x 23,5.
- Scagliola moulding in bedrooms, living room and vestibule.
TILING
- Bathrooms and kitchen will be tiled to the ceiling with high quality tiles supplied by the brand PORCELANOSA or equivalent. There will be a choice of three colours for bathrooms in accordance with deadline.
FLOORING
- Flooring in top quality earthenware tiles from PORCELANOSA or equivalent, with a choice of 3 colours in accordance with deadline.
- Outdoors, terraces and steps will be tiled using non-slip earthenware paving.
- Paving stone will be used for internal streets within the housing estate.
- Parking area in asphalt.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CARPENTRY
- Security door in white PVC.
- Aluminium windows with wood coloured alloy and double glazing (“Climalit”).
- Built-in wardrobes: plain sliding door with wooden veneer. Inside finish in wood colour. Inside finish with trunk, rail, drawers and shoe-rack.
- Doorways finished in beechwood.
PAINTWORK
- Interior in plastic paint, finely finished, with three ranges of colours to choose from, in accordance with the building deadline.
- Ceilings painted plain.
- Façades finished with top quality paint for outdoors in accordance with the perspectives or criteria of the management .
ELECTRICITY
- Installation in embedded tubes.
- Installation of telephone sockets: in living room and bedrooms.
- Electrical installation of 6 circuits with “Simon” or equivalent mechanisms, in accordance with new low voltage regulations from August 2002.
- Installation of halogen lights in bathrooms and bedrooms, Light sockets for lamp in kitchen and living room.
- Installation of TV sockets in living room, master bedroom and main terrace.
- Plug on main terrace.
PLUMBING AND FITTINGS
- Sanitary appliances in white vitrified porcelain, supplied by PORCELANOSA or equivalent.
- Shower with screen and hydro-massage column in bathroom.
- Shutoff cocks in wet rooms and sanitary appliances.
- Polypropylene pipes with greater durability and resistance.
- Electric heaters of 75 L to 100 L depending on type of home.
- Designer fittings with mono-control in bathrooms and kitchen, supplied by PORCELANOSA or equivalents.
- Water inlet on main terrace and private gardens of homes on lower floors.
- Semi-detached homes with Jacuzzi in the garden.
AIR CONDITIONING
- Apartments: Air conditioning installations in master bedroom and living room.
- One-family homes: Air conditioning installations throughout the whole house.
KITCHEN FURNITURE AND ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
- Equipped with lower and upper cabinets with granite work-tops.
- Steel one-basin sink with drainer and mono-control fittings.
- Decorative extractor fan.
- Vitroceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven fitted into kitchen furniture, with steel finish. White washing-machine.
