FOUNDATION
- Concrete with sanitary wrought, or concrete pavement, according to project and normative.
STRUCTURE
- The structure will be executed by means of half-boots with flat wrought of armed concrete according to project and normative.
BRICKWORK
- Exterior closing formed by flat brick ‘capuchina’ style, interior insulation, separation of housings in ceramic brick of 32 x 19,5 x 23,5 cm.
WALL TILES
- First quality material in bathrooms and kitchens with three models to choose according to work term.
FLOOR TILES
- The interior floor tiles will be in sandstone first quality with base boards (skirting boards) of same material.
- Non Slip pavement in the exterior, terraces and steps.
- The streets of the resort will be in paving stone.
- Car Park with asphalt.
EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL CARPENTRY
- Armoured security door.
- Windows of white aluminium, double glazed. ‘Climalit’ type.
- Shutters in facades, ‘mallorquina’ type, according to perspective.
- Built-in wardrobes with plain sliding door, interior plated in wood. Interior finished with closet, hanging rail, drawers and shoe rail.
- Inside doors of firebrand pine wood with boards of 9cm in same material.
PAINTING
- Interior painting of shiny fine drop, plastic ‘gotelé’ and three ranges of colours to choose.
- Normal painting on ceilings.
- Exterior painting with acrylic photo-reticulating base anti fissure. Colours according to project.
ELECTRICITY
- Installation in embedded tube.
- Installation of telephone connection in living room and main bedroom.
- Electric installation of 6 circuits with mechanism type ‘Simon’ or similar, according to new regulation on low tension of August 2002.
- Installation of halogen lamps in bedrooms, living room and bathrooms.
- Installation of TV connection in living room and main bedroom.
- Tight plug in terrace.
BATHROOMS
- Sanitary pieces in white vitrified porcelain.
- Electric heater 50L.
- Stopcock in wet rooms and sanitary pieces.
PLUMBING AND TAPS
- Polypropylene pipes.
- Design taps in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Water faucet in terrace and private gardens of ground floor houses.
AIR CONDITIONING
- * VILLAS: Complete cold-heat air conditioning system installation under false ceiling with independent grills in living room and bedrooms, thermostat.

- Kitchen cupboards up and down with granite board.
